Terms & Conditions

The customer is responsible for any and all sales tax in your area.

Central Racing Parts does not accept credit cards, checks or currency  from outside of the United States.

Central Racing Parts does not ship products outside of the United States.

The payment must be paid in full at the time of the order, once payment is rec., the product will be shipped.

We choose the most economical method of shipping and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise specified. Some products must be shipped by truck rather than UPS or FEDEX.

The product will be shipped the next business day. Time between payment and product delivery wilI typically be "product in transit".

If there is a back order the customer will be notified with the projected shipping date and will be offered a 100% refund.

Some products are made to the customer provided dimensions and or specifications, there will be no returns or refunds on these products, all sales are final on these products.

We do not accept partial payments, deposits or lay away. There will not be any billing
